About the Instructor

Nilangi Kulasinghe

Certified Yoga Therapist | Chief Mindful Ninja at Strive

Having completed a BSc in Business and Technology Management, Nilangi grew her corporate career to be the general manager at a renewable energy company. Yet it wasn't long before she began to feel a greater calling. Following years of introspection and with a strong commitment to learning more about the body, mind and soul she found herself drawn to a yogic path. This led her to the Swami Vivekananda University in Bangalore where she studied to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher & Therapist.

For Nilangi, yoga is a way of life; a guide that facilitates turning inward, one that brings equilibrium and a true understanding of self. Relaxation is central to her approach which uses breath and movement to deepen awareness.
